DISPATCH SUPPORT FOR CARRIERS

Dispatch Support That Keeps Your Operation Moving.

Talvex Haulage helps independent owner-operators and small motor carriers research freight opportunities, coordinate broker communication, and stay organized—while you remain in control of every load decision.

Carrier-controlled decisions · Documented communication · Clear scope

Your trucks. Your decisions. A more organized dispatch process.

We support the details behind the day: freight research, broker follow-up, load coordination, and carrier paperwork.

How it works

From first inquiry to a working dispatch rhythm.

  1. Tell us about your operation and equipment.

  2. Review service fit, expectations, and the written dispatch agreement.

  3. Complete carrier onboarding through an approved secure process.

  4. Share availability and preferences; we research opportunities for your review.

  5. You decide whether to accept; we coordinate only what you authorize.

  6. We track agreed milestones, organize paperwork, and follow up.

FAQ

The four questions we hear first.

Do you provide freight loads?
No. Talvex provides dispatch support and freight-opportunity research through authorized sources. We do not sell individual truckloads or represent ourselves as a motor carrier or freight broker.
Do you guarantee loads or revenue?
No. Freight availability, broker decisions, market conditions, rates, and carrier choices are outside our control.
Who decides whether to accept a load?
The carrier makes the final decision. Talvex presents information and coordinates only after receiving approval and authorization.
How are fees handled?
Fees and billing terms are disclosed in the written service agreement before service begins. Prices are not published on this website.
